RESCHEDULE
You're able to make certain changes to your bookings using the edit feature via the app. Please download the app to make use of this feature: https://sweepsouth.com/app/.
NOTE: all reschedules need to be completed before midday the day before - rescheduling a booking does not mean that you will forfeit a late cancellation fee.
To reschedule a one-time booking
- From the home-screen, click on 'All Bookings' (at the bottom of your screen)
- Click on the necessary booking - the one you wish to change/reschedule
- Click on the pencil icon in the top, right-hand corner
- Click on the date, listed next to 'When'
- Select a different date and click on 'Save'
- Here you will be able to have a look at the changes/edits
Please keep in mind that when you attempt to make any changes, the system will assume that you would like the same SweepStar and will try to accommodate these changes based on her schedule, if she is not available then we will ask if you would like to try a different SweepStar - If you are happy, click on 'Continue'
- Click on 'Save Booking
To reschedule a single booking within a recurring set
- From the home-screen, click on 'All Bookings'
- Click on the necessary booking - the one you wish to change
- Click on the pencil icon in the top, right-hand corner
- Select 'Edit This Appointment'
- Click on the date, listed next to 'When'
- Select a different date and click on 'Save'
- Here you will be able to have a look at the changes/edits
Please keep in mind that when you attempt to make any changes, the system will assume that you would like the same SweepStar and will try to accommodate these changes based on her schedule, if she is not available then we will ask if you would like to try a different SweepStar - If you are happy, click on 'Continue'
- Click on 'Save Booking
Limitations
- Edits can be made up until 12pm (midday), the day before the booking, or
- Up until your SweepStar has confirmed the day before
CANCEL
You are able to cancel an upcoming booking up until 12pm (midday), the afternoon before your scheduled booking. Bookings cancelled after 12pm (midday) the day before the appointment will incur a late cancellation charge per service provider. A service fee may still apply.
If a service provider has not confirmed by 12pm (midday), our system will remove them from the booking and assign a new service provider who services that area. We'll then be sure to pop you an email notifying you of this change. We then allow clients to cancel this booking up until midnight, without applying any cancellation fee.
We are unable to accept telephone, email, chat or social media cancellations and as such you will need to cancel any bookings via your profile (visiting the site or using the app) - this ensures you have full control over your bookings.

Website
- Visit: SweepSouth bookings.
- Simply click on the blue 'SS' number (your booking reference) on the left to view the booking.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'X Cancel This Appointment'
App
- Tap on the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) and select 'Bookings'.
- You will be shown all upcoming bookings.
- Tap on the booking you would like to cancel.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on the 'More Options' button.
- Select 'Cancel Appointment'
You will then receive a cancellation e-mail. Now, you can easily make a new booking, and select a convenient day and time by starting the booking process again.
