Once your booking is done, our smart system automatically sends your invoice by email, right on the evening of your service. If, for any reason, there are any issues with charging you for your booking in full, our email notification will keep you informed.
To easily keep track of your invoices, just follow these simple steps:
- Head to https://sweepsouth.com/admin/bookings/upcoming
- You'll find all your upcoming, completed, and cancelled bookings there.
- To check the payment status for your completed bookings, simply select the "completed bookings" tab.
If you prefer, you can also search your inbox using the booking reference number (e.g., SS1234567) to find the emailed version of your invoice. It's all designed to ensure that managing your bookings is as effortless as possible.
