Can I reschedule?

You're able to make certain changes to your bookings using the edit feature via the app. Please download the app to make use of this feature: https://sweepsouth.com/app/.

NOTE: all reschedules need to be completed before midday the day before - rescheduling a booking does not mean that you will forfeit a late cancellation fee. 

 

To reschedule a one-time booking

  1. From the home-screen, click on 'All Bookings' (at the bottom of your screen)
  2. Click on the necessary booking - the one you wish to change/reschedule
  3. Click on the pencil icon in the top, right-hand corner
  4. Click on the date, listed next to 'When'
  5. Select a different date and click on 'Save'
  6. Here you will be able to have a look at the changes/edits
    Please keep in mind that when you attempt to make any changes, the system will assume that you would like the same SweepStar and will try to accommodate these changes based on her schedule, if she is not available then we will ask if you would like to try a different SweepStar
  7. If you are happy, click on 'Continue'
  8. Click on 'Save Booking

To reschedule a single booking within a recurring set

  1. From the home-screen, click on 'All Bookings'
  2. Click on the necessary booking - the one you wish to change
  3. Click on the pencil icon in the top, right-hand corner
  4. Select 'Edit This Appointment'
  5. Click on the date, listed next to 'When'
  6. Select a different date and click on 'Save'
  7. Here you will be able to have a look at the changes/edits
    Please keep in mind that when you attempt to make any changes, the system will assume that you would like the same SweepStar and will try to accommodate these changes based on her schedule, if she is not available then we will ask if you would like to try a different SweepStar
  8. If you are happy, click on 'Continue'
  9. Click on 'Save Booking

Limitations

  • Edits can be made up til 12pm (midday), the day before the booking, or
  • Up until your SweepStar has confirmed the day before

 

For any urgent, last-minute changes, please submit a query to our support team and they will attempt to best support any necessary changes
