We've got an awesome system that estimates a total cleaning time based on your home's unique details like bedrooms, bathrooms, and the tasks you've selected. We charge based on the time SweepStars spend making your home sparkle. We understand that each home is unique, so do not charge per task.
Here's the deal: time estimates are carefully calculated to ensure SweepStars have enough time to make your home shine. Just remember, these estimates are a starting point and could flex based on your home's specifics - like size, the level of cleaning needed, or additional requests like ironing.
For outdoor bookings, it's super easy - you choose from the pre-selected tasks and decide the hours you think would get the job done. Remember to book sufficient time for your SweepStar and jot down tasks that are reasonable to complete within that time.
We're all about personal attention so you'll have only one dedicated SweepStar working on your booking. If an indoor booking is estimated to take more than 9.5 hours or if you need an extra hand, we'll suggest creating a second booking. It's your call - whether you want a longer day or split the work over two days.
Reducing the Estimated Hours:
Should you need to adjust the hours, make sure to guide your SweepStar with detailed instructions and a list of priorities for the reduced time. We want to ensure you get what you need done, so please share your specific requirements.
We're committed to giving you the best service, but if hours are reduced and you feel the work wasn't completed as expected, we unfortunately can't offer compensation. Our aim is to make your home sparkle, and we're excited to do just that!
