Indoor Booking:
The system estimates a total cleaning time based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and additional tasks you select. We charge for the SweepStar's time, i.e. the number of hours they work. We do not charge per task as everyone's home is different, but estimates are correct 99% of the time!
We don't encourage the adjustment of these hours too much as these are based on a number of factors and ensures SweepStars have enough time to clean your home and complete any additional tasks you may have. Keep in mind that this is just an estimate and could change based on your home and specific cleaning needs (e.g. if your home is bigger or smaller, the level of cleaning required or for example the amount of ironing required).
Outdoor Booking:
When you create an outdoor booking, you will be able to indicate the size of your outdoor area (garden) and the system will provide you with an estimated number of hours. Pease ensure that you book sufficient time for your SweepStar and provide them with a list of tasks reasonable to complete within that time period.
The service does not send out teams of service providers, instead one SweepStar will be assigned to your booking. If we estimate that a an indoor booking will take in excess of 9.5 hours or if you're in need of a second set of hands we'll advise you to create a second booking - you can decide if you would like a second booking on that same day or perhaps you would like someone to visit your property for 2 consecutive days to get all the work done!
Reducing the Estimated Hours
- Please ensure you provide your SweepStar with detailed instructions and a list of priorities of what needs to be completed during the reduced time.
- We will be unable to offer any form of compensation where estimated hours are reduced and you feel that the SweepStar did not complete the work you required.
