Your Credits is no longer in my Wallet
If you had credits in your account, they were automatically used for your next booking. So, if you had credits and made a booking, they went towards the cost, giving you a bit of a boost!
However, if you haven't made any recent bookings and you think something might not be quite right with your credits, don't worry. Just send us a message by submitting a request here, and our support team will be happy to help sort things out for you.
To see your SweepCred balance, simply visit your Account, then go to SweepCred, where you can easily view your current balance.
