If you pre-paid for a service but didn't receive it due to a SweepStar cancellation without a replacement, or if you cancelled (after 12 pm the day before with a late cancellation fee), you're eligible for a refund of the remaining amount.
If there's a dispute regarding service completion, we've got your back with our Satisfaction Guarantee! We offer protection against any underperformance from SweepStars.
How it works:
Instead of disputing a booking, you might consider our Satisfaction Guarantee for poor service quality. Based on your feedback, we'll provide you with SweepCred for a future booking. The hours granted will be at the Company's discretion, reflecting tasks poorly completed or left unfinished.
Please note, that there are specific scenarios where the Satisfaction Guarantee won't apply, such as reduced hours, certain booking types, or self-managed bookings.
In the rare case where you believe a service was notperformed despitea SweepStar's claim, you can starta dispute. This ensuresthat SweepStar isn't paid for the unperformedservice, and you'll be refunded. Just reach out to our support team, indicate the dispute, and specify the SweepStar involved.
Remember, to initiate a dispute, it must be done within 72 hours of the service, and the process must be completed within 10 days. As per our Satisfaction Guarantee, we don'toffer monetaryrefunds for completed work, but we're happy to considerSweepCred refunds when warranted.
