We offer several options to pay for your SweepSouth booking and have included this detail below.
Your payment will be reserved 5 days before the booking or when you create the booking).
Please note that this reservation of funds is not a debit to your account - the amount has only been reserved in your account. This allows for the flexibility of only paying for the number of hours worked once the booking is complete as well as to protect you against fraud. The funds will only leave your account when your booking is complete (at which point the reserved funds are captured). While it has not left your account, you will be unable to spend these funds as they have been provisionally allocated to your booking, this reserved amount may be 'removed' from your available balance.
You can select to pay using Instant EFT (Ozow, formerly iPay) or SnapScan, you will be charged at the time of your booking based on the estimate our system provides. If the booking ends up being shorter your account will be credited with SweepCred which you may use against a future booking. If the booking ends up being longer you will be invoiced for the additional time which you will be able to settle via Instant EFT or SnapScan. You also have the option to manage your account using SweepCred - top up your account with SweepCred - schedule your bookings at any point and your SweepCred account will be charged.
We do not offer a standard EFT facility and will be unable to assist you with completing payment via standard EFT. Note that the company cannot be held liable in an instance where you have chosen to pay via standard EFT and we cannot guarantee that we will pick up on or recognise this payment.
