Late Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation after 12 p.m. the day before your appointment, you will incur a late cancellation charge. Additionally, a service fee may still apply.

Confirmation and Replacement Process: Should your SweepStar not confirm by 12 p.m, our system diligently finds a replacement in your area. We'll promptly notify you of this change via email. Your flexibility extends until midnight for hassle-free cancellation without incurring any charges.

Cancellation Process: Please be aware that we can only accept cancellations via your profile – either through our website or app. This ensures a secure and controlled cancellation process, offering you autonomy over your bookings.
We recognise the commitment and effort SweepStars put into preparing for each booking, dedicating both time and resources. Their livelihood depends on these daily bookings. A missed booking results in a loss of earnings for the SweepStar for that day, including incurred transportation costs. Our late cancellation fee is designed to compensate for their lost work.
Maintaining a strict policy around cancellations is vital for the fair treatment got all SweepStars. Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse any cancellation fees.
