Step 1: Cleaning Details
Directly under 'Cleaning Details', we'll list your previously used address if you've booked with us before, you can simply tap on this, or the location icon, to change the address. Start by adding in the unit number and complex name. Please pop in your street address, this address will then display on the map, here you will be able to move the marker to the exact location. Don't forget to add in the unit number and complex name. Carefully ensure you've selected the correct address so we can send your SweepStar to the correct place.
Next, tell us a bit more about your place - the number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as selecting any additional tasks you would like completed. (All common areas are included, e.g. kitchen, lounge, dining area, etc.).
Our system will provide you with an estimate on the number of hours this will take - please note that this is an average and could take more or less time depending on your home and exact needs. You are able to adjust this time to accommodate your needs. Your hourly rate is calculated based on your location and day of the week.
From here you can select whether you would like our SweepStar to supply cleaning products or if you will supply these.
Next, select frequency as well as a day and time that suits you and click on 'Request SweepStar'.
Step 2: Review
Here we'll provide you with a summary of the booking - please take your time to double check all of the details. We'll start by reiterating your selected booking date and time. You'll then be able to see the selected SweepStar's profile (clicking on '>' to learn more about her or to change the selected SweepStar).
We'll then display your provided address as well as the work that needs to be completed, and any other booking details. Please very carefully check that all the information on this page is correct and intended.
Scroll through and check all your details, if you have a voucher code, don't forget to add it in here. If you haven't yet, you will also need to add in your card details.
We support any MasterCard or Visa credit or cheque cards. Provided your card is set up for online purchasing you will be able to proceed with adding your card.
If you've booked with us before, your card details will have been saved. Click on 'Book'.
