If you cancel your booking through our website or app, no cancellation fee will be charged. Just a heads up, for cancellations made after 12 p.m. (midday) the day before your appointment, a late cancellation might apply, and a service fee may still apply.
However, if a SweepStar hasn't confirmed by 12 pm (midday), our system steps in, assigning a new SweepStar who's ready to tackle the job. We'll drop you an email to let you know about this change. And guess what? You're welcome to cancel the booking without any cancellation fee up until midnight.
We're all about giving you full control over your bookings, so please remember we can't process cancellations through phone, email, or social media. Instead, hop onto your profile on our site or use the app – it's your go-to for managing your bookings hassle-free!
