On completion of a clean, we'll send you an email and encourage you to rate your SweepStar and provide them with feedback. Alternatively, you can add a rating on our website or via the app.
Visit your profile --> Bookings --> Completed bookings and add a rating
On your app you'll be able to view all completed bookings and add a rating
We share all feedback with our SweepStars via their app, when you complete a rating this gets sent straight to your SweepStar and is not monitored by SweepSouth.
Keep in mind, SweepSouth is a platform that connects clients to SweepStars (who work as independent contractors) and as such we encourage you to provide honest feedback for your SweepStar when rating them to allow them to better understand where they can improve.
SweepStars will be able to see their average rating across all bookings.
Please note that ratings are not monitored by SweepSouth, should you wish to ask questions related to your booking please submit a query to our support team.
