Our SweepStars have experience in general domestic cleaning and are not able to perform any form of deep cleaning, scrubbing or steam cleaning.
A lot of tasks required for this fall outside a general domestic clean (e.g. standing on any ladders to get to hard-to-reach areas, any form of mildew/mould removal).
Our SweepStars travel independently to their bookings using public transport and as such, we do not supply any cleaning equipment. We ask that there are cloths, a bucket, a mop and a broom available for the SweepStar at the booking.
Our service does not send out teams of cleaners, instead one SweepStar will be assigned to your booking. For bookings exceeding 9.5 hours, the system will allocate 2 SweepStars. The time will be split between them, so that all work can be finished within the day.
