Visit www.SweepSouth.com/booking to start a booking - the page is geared towards general home cleaning. What you can do is select 0 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (the minimum) and then select 'Interior Windows'.
The minimum booking time is 3 hours, so you're welcome to adjust the time as your feel is required.
You will then also need to chat to your SweepStar and let her know that she is only required to complete window cleaning.
- If you select Booking Cover, this does not cover SweepStars to clean exterior windows
- If you select Booking Cover, this does not cover SweepStars use steps or ladders and all windows should be at eye-level
You are responsible for providing a safe and secure working environment for the Service Provider, and for obtaining all necessary insurance relevant to your home and persons in your home. You hereby release the Company and the Platform and the Service Providers from any liability for injuries, property loss or other damages arising out of the Services to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
We kindly ask that you specify any special requirements when your SweepStar arrives at your booking or to leave detailed instructions. Alternatively, you can leave a note via the website when creating your booking or via the app at any stage before the booking.
Once you've completed your booking and all is confirmed, we'll give you the option to add in any special instructions.
You can pop onto your app at any point before the booking, click the 3 dots (...) next to the booking and select 'Leave a note' and you'll be able to leave a short message for your SweepStar.
Please ensure all requests and notes are in-line with general domestic cleaning. This information is only seen by your SweepStar and not monitored by the office.
