SweepStars are unable to provide equipment.
SweepStars travel independently to their bookings using public transport and as such, we do not supply any equipment. We ask that there are cloths, bucket, a mop and a broom/vacuum available for the SweepStar for an indoor booking and a lawnmower, weedeater, rake, outdoor broom, etc. for outdoor bookings as well as any specific tools they made need in your home (scrubbing brush, tile cleaner etc). At this time, we do not offer heavy duty cleaning services such as carpet cleaning or steam cleaning.
Under the current circumstances, in an effort to reduce the exposure of SweepStars (when visiting shops) and increase the safety for your household, you will be unable to select cleaning products when creating bookings and SweepStars will be unable to bring cleaning products to your booking.
All SweepStars have completed & passed a sanitisation cleaning & products course and we ask that you please ensure you have bleach and vinegar available for your SweepStar to allow them to properly sanitise your space.
We kindly request that you provide any products which may be specific to your home.
*Note: No refunds will be given for bookings where SweepStars have not brought equipment. Communication re. equipment is clearly communicated during booking as well as in the confirmation email.
