Your feedback will be shared with our area managers as well as our worker performance manager to ensure that it is discussed with your SweepStar, anonymously. It is important to us that our SweepStars offer a high level of service and we will ensure that we support your SweepStar in understanding this.
For urgent matters, our area manager will schedule a meeting with the SweepStar(s) in question. This will include an explanation in their mother tongue of the situation as well as a series of questions to try to gain some clarity. In some instances, the SweepStar(s) in question will be deactivated and will not be able to make use of the platform to take on any work while an incident is being investigated.
