Did your SweepStar finish the job to your satisfaction in record time? If that's the case, she should only log the number of hours of work completed. If however you've been billed for the full time, please contact our support team and we'll correct this for you. We apologise for this inconvenience and frustration.
Please note that our bookings are subject to a 3 hour minimum.
If your SweepStar left the job unfinished please be sure to rate them and indicate this.
Our support team will then be able to assess your feedback and, as per our Satisfaction Guarantee, will provide you with SweepCred to use against a future booking. The hours granted will be based on tasks completed poorly or not completed at all at the discretion of the Company. [In instances where the estimated time has been reduced the SweepSouth Satisfaction Guarantee is not valid and will not be applied].
