Should you require a booking for today, visit our website or app:
- On step 1 you'll notice that the date is auto-set to today
- Our team will need a minimum of 2 hours to ensure we can find an available SweepStar and get them to your property so please ensure you select a start time in 2 hours' time
- Proceed as normal, inputting your details and cleaning needs
- An 'awaiting SweepStar' placeholder will be assigned to your booking in the meantime
Our team will then be able to check SweepStar availability and assist with scheduling your booking! Once a SweepStar has been assigned, we'll send you an updated booking confirmation email with your booking & SweepStar's details.
Alternatively, if you'd like to create a booking for another day, follow the simple steps on our site or the app to quickly and easily set up your first booking.
