Likewise, if you find yourself in a situation where you need to cancel after 12 pm (midday) the day before your appointment, a late cancellation penalty will be added for each booking. It's important to note that a service fee may still apply.

SweepStars are independent contractors, and they rely on day-to-day bookings. Missing a booking means the SweepStar may lose out on earnings for the day and might have already incurred transport costs. That's why we have a stringent policy in place.
