How to Rate your SweepStar:
Once your booking is complete, an email will be on its way to you, encouraging you to rate your SweepStar and provide feedback. You can easily do this on our website or via our App as well.
Website: Head to your profile, click on 'Bookings,' then 'Completed Bookings' to add your rating.
App: On the app, simply navigate to your Completed Booking to add your rating.
You can rate your SweepStar from 1 - 5 stars and share specific feedback, whether it's a positive note like 'Made My Day' or areas for improvement like 'Time Management' or 'Attitude.'
Why Ratings Matter:
At SweepSouth, we're the bridge connecting clients with SweepStars who are independent contractors. Ratings serve as direct feedback channels, helping SweepStars understand how to enhance their service. All ratings and reactions are visible to SweepStars on their app.
About SweepStar Ratings:
The average customer rating reflects the last 70 completed services of a SweepStar. However, please note that ratings aren't actively monitored by SweepSouth. If you have questions about your booking, reach out to our support team.
Ratings Guidance:
5-Stars: Over the moon! The SweepStar exceeded expectations, and I'm thrilled with the service.
4-Stars: Happy, with slight feedback. Overall satisfied and keen to book again.
3-Stars: An average experience with room for improvement.
2-Stars: Disappointed and have feedback to share.
1-Stars: An unsatisfactory experience; not planning to use SweepSouth again.
