How to contact my first SweepStar
Once you've created a booking and received confirmation of the booking, you will be able to get in touch with the SweepStar assigned.
If you would like to get hold of the SweepStar assigned to your booking we would encourage you to download the app (the website does not offer this functionality).
App
From the homepage of the app, you will be able to view all of your upcoming bookings. If you click on a booking you will be able to view all the details of that booking including your SweepStar's contact details.
- You can click on 'Call' and ring through to your SweepStar
- You can click on 'Message' and you will be able to send your SweepStar a text message (SMS)
We don't encourage you to message your SweepStar too far in advance with any form of instructions due to their busy schedules and the number of clients they assist. We would suggest only messaging the evening before or the morning of the booking.
