Remember, you have the flexibility to make changes up until 12 p.m. (midday) the day before your scheduled booking. After this time, any cancellations might incur a late cancellation charge, including an additional service fee.
We respect that emergencies can happen. The late cancellation charge is designed to ensure your SweepStar is compensated for the time set aside for your booking and covers any transport costs. This way, your SweepStar is supported even if they're unable to pick up another booking at short notice.
