Removing or managing existing addresses
- Click on the address
- Scroll down
- Select 'Remove this location' for any address you no longer need on your profile.
Adding a new address
For website users
When creating a new booking, you can either choose from saved addresses or add a new one. This happens at the very start of the booking process.
Steps for the website
- During Step 1, you'll be prompted to select an existing address or click 'Add new location'.
- Fill in the new address details, and it will be saved to your profile for future bookings.
For app users
Follow these steps if you need to book for a different address.
Steps for the app
- Tap 'Book a Service'
- During Step 1, tap the current address displayed on the screen.
- You can delete the existing address and input the new one, which will be saved for future bookings.
Changing the address on existing bookings
If you need to change the address for an upcoming one-time or recurring booking, please contact our support team in advance. We may need to assign a new SweepStar if the address change significantly impacts your booking.
