Would you like to change the SweepStar on all your upcoming bookings and try another wonderful SweepStar?  You can now make this change yourself.

Website:

1. Click 'Account' in the top right corner, and then 'Bookings' to access all your upcoming, completed, and cancelled bookings.
2. Scroll down to your relevant booking and click the 3 dots on the right.
3. Choose 'View Booking' to explore the details of your appointment, including your SweepStar.
4. Click on 'Change SweepStar' located below your SweepStar's details.
5. Select 'For all upcoming' (the block will be highlighted) to ensure this change applies only to this booking.
6. Check out available SweepStars and click 'Pick SweepStar' for the one you prefer.
7. This change will now be saved

App:

1. Tap on the menu (3 horizontal lines in the top left corner)
2. Tap on bookings - here you will be able to see all your upcoming bookings (both one-time and recurring bookings)
3. Tap on the booking you would like to change
4. Under 'Your SweepStar', tap on the arrow (>)
5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select 'Change SweepStar'
6. Tap on 'For all upcoming' (will turn blue) this will ensure that the change you make will affect all appointments in your recurring set
7. We'll show you a selection of other available SweepStars - you can tap on a different SweepStar to select them and you'll be able to read more about them, if you're happy with the new SweepStar, tap on 'Save' in the top right corner
