If your SweepStar is unavailable for a self-managed booking, we don't automatically assign a replacement SweepStar to your booking.
If you'd like to schedule a one-time booking with another SweepStar when yours isn't available, simply hop onto our site or app to schedule a one-time booking. Please keep in mind that fees associated with one-time bookings will apply when scheduled through the platform.
In case the current self-managed setup isn't meeting your needs, it might be a good idea to cancel the bookings and create a fresh set of self-managed bookings with a different SweepStar. Just a reminder, our Satisfaction Guarantee doesn't apply to self-managed bookings.
