There are several ways to find your booking Number/reference:

Email

Once you've confirmed a booking, we'll pop you an email including all your booking details. 

This email will also indicate your booking ID/reference, it starts with "SS", followed by 6 digits, e.g. SS123456

App

On your app, from the menu, select 'Bookings' here you'll be able to see all upcoming bookings as well as your booking Number/reference, it starts with "SS", followed by 6 to 7 digits, e.g. SS123456
