When a client creates a booking, they are looking forward to seeing you so it's important that you don't let them down. After you have accepted a booking, do not forget that you always need to confirm that you are going to the booking the day before the booking takes place.
When do I confirm a booking?
- Everyday make sure that you check your App before 3 pm.
- If you have a booking for the next day you must confirm it before 3 pm.
How do I confirm my job?
- Go to: "Upcoming jobs" on your app
- Click on the job
- Click on "I'm ready for the job"
What happens if I don't confirm my job?
- If you don't confirm your booking by 3 pm, the booking will be assigned to another SweepStar.
- You will get a non-confirmation incident (a red face/doll) and it will affect your reliability score.
