The day before the booking:

• Check the directions from my home to the client's house.
• Check which bus, taxi, or train I must take.
• Prepare my clothes and pack my lunch.

The day of the booking - when you're ready to leave your house:

• Open your app and click on "Today's Jobs"
• Click on the job
• Click on "On my way"
• When you have arrived at the client's home, please click on the app that you have arrived.

Leave home early - arriving early shows you are serious about your work and this is very important for your reliability score!
