When a client creates a booking, they are looking forward to seeing you so it's important that you don't let them down - please don't cancel your bookings late or on the day of the booking!
- If for any reason you can't attend a booking after you have accepted, please take a day off on your App ahead of time and select the correct reason why you are taking a day off.
- If you cancel a booking on the day of the booking you will get a same-day cancellation incident which will affect your reliability score.
Please note: Planning ahead is very important - it is very serious if you cancel late or on the same day. As soon as you know that you won't be able to work - take a day off 4 days before the day of the booking to avoid getting incidents.
REMEMBER: No late or same-day cancellations = A high-reliability score = MORE jobs!
