Please note: You only have the option to accept a booking yourself if you have 1 or more decline cards available. If you don't have decline cards available the booking will be auto-accepted for you.

Please follow the steps below to accept a booking:

1. Open your app
2. Tap on 'New Bookings'
3. Here you'll see a bit of detail about the booking, tap on 'Take Action'
4. Here you will be given all of the booking details: the client, the address, the number of rooms & tasks as well as expected earnings, tap on 'Accept Job' if you want to take the booking
5. You've accepted the booking :) - we'll remind you to confirm it by 3 pm the day before, tap on 'Ok'
6. Here you'll be shown the bookings
