How your rating works at SweepSouth

• Your average rating is based on your last 35 ratings.
• We add up your last 35 ratings and divide by 35.
• That number is your average rating (out of 5).

Lets try an example:

Imagine your last 35 ratings look like this:

• 33 clients gave you 5 stars
• 2 clients gave you 2 stars

Step 1: Multiply

• 33 clients × 5 stars = 165
• 2 clients × 2 stars = 4

Step 2: Add together all the stars

165 Stars + 4 Stars = 169 total stars

Step 3: Divide total stars (169) by total ratings (35)

169 ÷ 35 = 4.8 stars

Your average rating = 4.8 stars
