On the day of the booking:

• Treat every booking as an opportunity to impress the customer.
• Arrive 10 minutes before your starting time. This is preparation time for you to change your clothes. Prepare the day before for your booking.
• Check the location of the address, check for extra tasks, and plan your day accordingly.
• If more time is required, tell the customer during the booking, and not at the end.
• Even during the rainy weather and winter, SweepSouth bookings will start at 07h00.
• Please leave earlier to prevent being late for bookings.
