It is very important to notify your client if you are running late when you are on your way to the booking.
How can I let my client know that I am running late?
- Open your app and click on "Today's Jobs"
- Click on the job
- Click on "I'm running late"
- Choose a reason for why you are running late as well as how late you are running.
This makes sure that your client knows that you are on your way but you are running late.
What happens if I arrive late at a booking?
- You will get a late-arrival incident (a red face/doll).
- This incident will affect your reliability score.
Arriving on time at bookings is very important.
Arriving on time = A high-reliability score = MORE jobs!
