Why I should rate your Clients
After you have completed a booking, you are able to rate your booking experience and provide written feedback. If you had a good experience you can rate the client a high score out of 5 but if you had a bad experience you can give the client a low rating and make sure that you provide us with written feedback so that we can understand what exactly happened and take the necessary actions.
What the ratings mean
5 = I had a great experience and would like to go back.
4 = I had a good experience and would like to go back.
3 = I had an okay experience.
2 = I had a bad experience.
1 = I had a terrible experience and I don’t want to go back to this client’s house.
Remember: As a SweepStar, your voice counts! Always rate your client and provide us with written feedback so that we can have clarity on our side as to what happened at this booking.
