I'm not getting my OTP
To access your worker App, you need to sign in by requesting an OTP, and to get the OTP code you need to ensure that you have the correct number on your profile.
The OTP code is valid for 30 minutes after you have requested it. Should it happen that you do not get the OTP code, don't worry the code is valid for 30 minutes and you can request a new one after 30 minutes.
You are allowed to request the OTP 2 or 3 times and if you are still not getting it then you will see an option to contact support who will be able to assist you.
In most cases, if your number is correct and you are not getting the OTP it is caused by network issues, so please make sure that you have a stable network connection when you need to sign in on your worker App.
