All SweepStars on the platform need to have banking details that are linked to their own names to make sure that we have smoother payment processes.

Approved Proof of Bank Details Documents

• a Stamped Letter from the bank stating the bank account is in your name
• a Bank Statement in your own name

If you do not have your own bank account

If you don't have your own Bank Account, then please follow these steps and provide us with these documents:

• Provide a valid reason why they are not able to provide bank details under their names
• Provide us with alternative banking details
• a Signed Consent Letter from the Account Holder stating that you are allowed to use their bank account

Please note that you are only allowed to use alternative bank details for up to 30 days as you will be given 30 days to get banking details that are under your name.
