To make changesor cancela booking, manage it through your profile on our site or app. This ensures you have full control and ultimate flexibility.
Here's how to breeze through cancelling a future booking:
Tap the menuicon (three horizontal lines) and select 'Bookings.'
Choosethe booking you want to cancel.
Scroll downand click on 'More Options.'
Select 'Cancel Appointment.'
Once you've received the cancellation email, you're all set to begin a new booking at your preferred date and time.
You can cancel your upcoming booking until 12:00 on the day before your scheduled service without incurring any charges. We're here to support you! If your SweepStar hasn't confirmed the booking by 3 p.m., our system steps in, to assign a new SweepStar who services that area. You'll get an email about this change and still have the flexibilityto cancel without fees until midnight.
