To make changes or cancel a booking, manage it through your profile on our site or app. This ensures you have full control and ultimate flexibility.
Here's how to breeze through cancelling a future booking:
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select 'Bookings.'
- Choose the booking you want to cancel.
- Scroll down and click on 'More Options.'
- Select 'Cancel Appointment.'
- Once you've received the cancellation email, you're all set to begin a new booking at your preferred date and time.
You can cancel your upcoming booking until 12:00 on the day before your scheduled service without incurring any charges. We're here to support you! If your SweepStar hasn't confirmed the booking by 3 p.m., our system steps in, to assign a new SweepStar who services that area. You'll get an email about this change and still have the flexibility to cancel without fees until midnight.
