If you have the SweepStar App

Please follow these instructions:

• Visit your SweepStar App by clicking on the SweepSouth logo.
• To sign in, you will be requested to enter your phone number so that you can get a one-time PIN (OTP).
• Make sure that you have the correct phone number on your profile so that you can get the SMS with the one-time PIN (OTP).
• Once you have entered your phone number you will get the one-time PIN (OTP) which you will enter as requested so that you are able to sign in.

If you don't have the App on your phone

Then you can access the App via the website using this link

• Once you click on the link you will also be requested to enter your phone number so that you can get a one-time PIN (OTP).
• Make sure that you have the correct phone number on your profile so that you can get the SMS with the one-time PIN (OTP).
