My client made me feel uncomfortable (e.g. verbal abuse, sexual abuse/conduct)
If you are at a booking and you are in a situation where:
- the client is making you feel uncomfortable whether it is verbal or physical abuse
- sexual abuse be it physical or uncomfortable sexual interactions with the client
Please leave the booking immediately!
Once you are at a safe place:
- Contact support for assistance and we will advise on steps to follow
- Close your booking
- Rate your client and make sure to provide us with written-detailed feedback on what happened at the booking.
SweepSouth now have a client abuse policy and in cases like these we will make sure that we follow the client abuse policy as we do not tolerate such behaviours from clients on our platform.
