Incidents
You get incidents for the following things:
- Not confirming bookings by cut off time.
- Taking days off less than 3 days in advance (late cancellation).
- Taking days off on the same day (same-day cancellation: taking a day off the day before the booking after 7 pm or on the day of the booking).
- Not pressing on my way (UCT).
- Not pressing arrived at job (UCA).
- Not closing the job after the booking.
You get deactivated for too many incidents when you have reached the following thresholds for the incidents above:
- Not confirming 3 or more times within 30 days (not a calendar month).
- Having 3 or more same day cancellations within 30 days.
The following incidents lower your reliability score which if it decreases it can lead to deactivation:
- Taking off days less than 3 days in advance (late cancellations).
- Not pressing on my way (UCT).
- Not pressing arrived at job (UCA).
- Not closing the job after the booking.
