I accepted a booking but it's not showing on my App
If you accepted a booking or if a booking was auto-accepted for you but you no longer see it on the App when you want to confirm or to start transit if you had already confirmed it, this means that the client canceled or rescheduled the booking for another day.
You will receive a late-cancellation fee if your client cancels their booking after 15:00 the day before the booking.
Please note: SweepSouth does not have any influence over clients’ wishes.
