Please follow the steps below on how to take off days from your App:
- You need to make sure that you are signed in on your App
- When you are on the home page on "More" in the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap on "Days off".
- Click on "Take days off".
- Once you have clicked on Take days off you will see the calendar where you need to tap on the days that you would like to take the off days.
- Select all the days that you want to be off on.
- Select a reason under "Days off Reason".
- Press on "Request Days Off".
- Once you have taken these days off you will not get bookings for those days
If you want to take a day off in a different month, press the >> sign to change the month.
Days with a red ring around them mean that you have a booking on that day. If you take a day off less than 72 hours before your booking, you will get a late cancellation incident.
Please note: You cannot remove a day off by yourself, so be sure. You will have to contact Support to remove days off.
