Reliability Score Explained

The Reliability score measures how reliable and dependable you are on the SweepSouth platform.

You need to make sure that you always:

• confirm your bookings on time, press "on my way" when going to your booking,
• indicate that you have "arrived" upon arrival, and
• press "job complete' once the booking is done.

If you don't confirm on time, don't press "on my way" "arrived at job" and "job completed" on time and you don't take your days off 4 or more days in advance, it will lower your reliability score.

Incident Types that impact Reliability Score

We have 4 incident types that impact your Reliability Score significantly.  You should always avoid getting these incidents: 

• Same Day Cancellation 
• Late Cancellation 
• Early Cancellation 
• No Confirmation
