What you do when a Client rates you poorly, but books you again
If a client rates you poorly, they will have the option to give you a second chance and book you again. This gives you the opportunity to make a great impression and get a higher rating.
If you are not happy with a client, you can give 'block' them from booking you again and the system will not allow them to book you again.
Ways to Block a customer:
On the Job Complete form: You will see the question: Do you want to work for this customer again? If you say 'No' then we will block that customer from booking you.
On an Upcoming Booking: You will see a 'bin' icon on your booking (currently in testing so not everyone will see the option yet). Clicking on the bin will give you an option to block the customer.
