I completed the booking with incorrect hours by mistake
It is important to be honest about your times and the hours you have worked for, so ensure you do the following:
- Only click Arrived when you are outside the client’s house.
- Only click Job Completed after you are done cleaning.
- Always log the correct hours that you’ve worked (let your client know if you need to add extra hours).
If you accidently log the incorrect time or hours, contact Support immediately to inform them. Misreporting your times and hours may lead to deactivation.
