Dos and Don'ts
We all want to do well during interviews and we are here to help you be prepared.
Things to do when preparing for the interview (onboarding)
- Wear your best outfit, clean your shoes and smell fresh
- Arrive on time
- Bring a copy of your ID/Passport/Asylum
- Bring R100 for a criminal record check (emphasis: this is not a registration fee)
- Bring a working smartphone with airtime/data (ensure that the phone is fully charged)
- A pen, clipboard/hardcover book, and Notepad
- Small lunch (it is a full-day interview with training)
- Show your best smile for the day :)
- Speak clearly when the SweepSouth Team speaks to you
- Stand up straight
- When your profile picture is being taken, smile as bright as you can because this is how your Clients will see you when they choose which SweepStar should attend their booking
