How long do I have to Accept or Decline a booking?
Once a customer has created their booking and selected you as their SweepStar, you will be notified and will be able to visit your app in order to decide if you want to accept or decline the booking. You will be given 3 hours to accept or decline the booking.
The option to accept or decline the booking will be available if you have decline cards available. If you have zero decline cards, the booking will be auto-accepted and go to your upcoming bookings.
What if I receive a booking very late at night or in the early hours of the morning?
- You will need to accept or decline by 9 am in the morning.
What if I receive a booking for the next day, after midday?
- You will need to accept or decline by 3 pm that afternoon.
What if I receive a booking for the next day, after 2 pm?
- You will need to accept or decline within 1 hour.
