Weekly Billing Explained
Our weekly billing feature is designed to make life easier when having multiple recurring bookings per week - only one charge is processed on the eve of your last booking, for the entire week's booking, making everything smoother for you!
Now, while this fantastic feature isn't available to all clients, there's a silver lining. It's exclusively offered to clients who had created a recurring booking for 3+ days per week before 31 July 2023. For others, don't worry – we've got you covered with our efficient per-booking billing system.
A heads up: clients can't request weekly billing. If you happen to cancel your recurring set which was set to weekly billing, creating a new recurring set won't automatically put you back on the weekly billing track.
