Yet, remember that the Satisfaction Guarantee may not be activated under specific circumstances:

• Modifying the estimated booking hours
• If your booking estimate is over 10 hours
• Services such as pre/post-occupation, new or rental home, and deep cleaning - An empty house might not necessarily reduce cleaning time
• Bookings marked as 'self-manage'
